Innovation Lab Process Mapping Partners Heading link
Process mapping is a technique used to visually describe workflows and allows us to visualize, analyze, and improve processes. The following campus partners have completed the Process Mapping cohort training from the University Innovation Lab, and can facilitate a workshop or assist you with mapping processes in your unit.

Dr. Keelen facilitates workshops for process mapping and investigating shared problems and is available to be a thought partner for campus colleagues deciding which tools to utilize for analyzing and improving processes.
